Chris Gould is a seasoned infrastructure executive with over 20 years of experience across 25 countries, blending global insight with local expertise. His focus spans transport, utilities, and central government agencies.

Most recently, as Sydney Water’s Chief Commercial Officer, he drove revenue growth, led complex greenfield and brownfield commercial projects, and spearheaded research and innovation.

Chris’ career began at Booz Allen Hamilton (later Strategy& at PwC). He’s led and been involved in numerous corporate strategies, commercial transaction support, project development, business cases, transformations and sector reforms, organisational design, and leadership coaching.

Clients, investors, ministers, boards, and team members call-out his collaborative nature, out-of-the-box thinking, and generous mentoring.

Motivated to reshape infrastructure advisory, he co-founded C&C Infrastructure Advisory to integrate deep domain expertise with big data, AI, psychology, and a multi-systems-first approach.
